Q: When am I eligible for returns?

A: You will be eligible to return the product for 30 days after it arrives at your location. If you email us within the 30 days, you are eligible for a return. If the product is damaged, you will be charged or no return.

Q: How do I setup my keyboard on arrival?

 

A: When your keyboard arrives, there will be a paper slip that has a link and QR code that will take you to our setup part of our website. Once there, you can see software download, keyboard shortcuts, and other information. Contact us if you have any problems.

Q: Were do you ship to?

 

A: Currently we only ship to the 48 states of the US, we do not ship internationally or to Alaska or Hawaii currently
